The superheroes Reed Richards, Mister Fantastic, Sue Storm, Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm, Human Torch, and Ben Grimm, The Thing, form the Fantastic Four. Together, they must save the Earth from the Silver Surfer and the powerful space god Galactus before he devours the entire planet. After the film adaptations of 1994, 2005, and 2015, this is the fourth attempt to bring the Fantastic Four to the big screen. This time, however, the characters are part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the story is set in the 1960s. Matt Shakman will direct.
